About Park+:
Park+ is a leading mobility solutions provider in India, serving over 15 million car owners. We are building a super app to address the day-to-day challenges faced by car users, making car ownership a delightful experience. Our technology-led solutions include parking, FasTag, and access control in malls, corporate parks, and apartments. Park+ enables users to discover, book, and pay for parking across India, with features like booking and payment via car head units. In just over three years, we have become a household name in India, with every third car on our platform.
Park+ has deployed its access control and parking automation solutions at prominent locations, including Blackstone (Mumbai), Airtel HO (Gurgaon), Cyber Hub (Gurgaon), One BKC (Mumbai), Select City Walk (Saket, Delhi), and over 5,000 residential apartment gates across India.
Park+ has raised USD 50Mn from marquee investors, including Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners, as well as seasoned individual investors. Our company is led by Amit Lakhotia, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NSIT, who has built three multi-billion-dollar businesses and is credited with building Paytm's payments business from scratch.
ROLE: ZONAL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting Role: Source new Enterprise clients in the assigned geography
- Team Management: Hire, train, and guide the team towards achieving common goals
- Identifying Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment, targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts
- Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise organizations, understanding their business objectives and pain points
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present comprehensive merchant acquiring solutions that address clients' specific requirements and deliver measurable value
- Customization and Innovation: Work closely with product and technology teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of enterprise clients, incorporating the latest innovations and industry best practices
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to finalize agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with both client expectations and company objectives
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle and providing accurate forecasts to senior management
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments impacting the merchant acquiring landscape, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions
