About the Role

The Content Commerce team plays a critical role in driving growth by identifying opportunities in the influencer economy and contributing to content strategy across various social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end problem-solving, including ideation and implementation
  • Manage external stakeholders who are partners in the affiliate program
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Product, Operations, Legal teams to deliver on defined business objectives and drive program adherence
  • Analyse trends in Content Commerce and identify levers to unlock opportunities to increase Affiliate revenue
  • Manage project schedules, remove roadblocks, and keep processes running smoothly
  • Solve edge cases with suboptimal outcomes due to current processes
  • Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure to e-commerce, sales, and advertising
  • Experience in data analysis or through education
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders
