Product Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an intern. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to learn how companies scale.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to navigate ambiguity, figure things out across product, GTM, hiring, and operations, and wear multiple hats to drive business outcomes.

  • You will assist the founding team in executing on our mission and helping build Arctan into a category-defining company.
  • You will develop strong research and analytical skills through hands-on experience with real-world problems.
  • You will improve written and verbal communication skills through regular feedback and coaching.
  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • You must be a final-year student or recent graduate from a reputable institution.
  • You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You must have an entrepreneurial bias to action, be scrappy, self-starting, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • You must be able to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.
