We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Project Engineer. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of construction schedules and work plans to ensure technical accuracy, schedule adherence, quality compliance, and safety on-site.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications. You will also supervise subcontractors and site teams to maintain quality and progress.

Key Skills:
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in civil construction projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with the engineering and design team. You must be able to maintain updated records, daily progress reports, and as-built documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
