About this role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to guide our team of software engineers and help deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for the life sciences industry. As our engineering team grows, you will play a key role in mentoring engineers, managing project delivery, and working closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful, enterprise-scale products and shape our engineering practices and team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones

Technical Skills and Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
