Enterprise Software Support Leader

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in Microsoft Tech Stack, cloud environments, and software development in the banking domain.
The Director of Enterprise Software Support will lead and oversee post-implementation customer support activities, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution.
A key responsibility includes leading and managing application support, services, and cloud support teams, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring early identification and reporting of possible product defects.
The successful candidate will define and implement service delivery strategies, drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and facilitate the team to identify solutions for open issues.
In addition, they will maintain customer relationships, increase CSI, and ensure that support provided is within agreed SLAs.
The Director of Enterprise Software Support will also plan, communicate, and execute change requests throughout the support lifecycle, guide and review Requirements Documents for change requests, and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
They will support Contracts and SLA management, deliver remarkable customer experiences, engage with customers to address any dissatisfaction and drive corrective actions, and manage and escalate critical customer issues to bring the right level of expertise.
Required skills and qualifications include 10 years of experience in IT companies, well-versed in Microsoft Tech Stack and cloud environments, experience in L3 support to enterprise clients such as banks, and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, experience in managing support teams, supporting Online/Mobile Banking and CRM solutions in financial institutions, and complete command over Agile Scrum and Waterfall and other SDLC Methodologies.
