Senior Software Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned software development leader to drive technical excellence and innovation across our global teams.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing technical strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Leveraging expertise in backend development, data management, and cloud technologies to design and deliver scalable solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance their technical skills and career development

Key Skills:

  • Backend Development: Python, Java, C#, or Golang with strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Data & Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo)
  • System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Domain-driven design, Event-driven architecture, Reusable frameworks, Shared libraries
  • AI & Innovation: Adoption of AI accelerators, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases, AI-first engineering practices
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Technical mentorship, stakeholder management, cross-team communication, org-wide technical direction
