Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Frontend Expert to spearhead the development of innovative, high-performance web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will drive the evolution of our product platform architecture and contribute to the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging user-centered designs, leveraging your expertise in frontend development, REACT, Node JS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Pioneer new frontend initiatives and champion them to the rest of the frontend team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Leverage your experience to establish best practices for web development, driving the team and codebase to a higher level of excellence.
  • Develop UI/UX wireframes using tools such as Figma and apply user experience methodology and best practices to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging designs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong background in Agile development environments.
  • Proven experience working with Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and other development life-cycle tools.
  • Strong understanding of development in REACT, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with AWS EC2, S3, Lambda.
  • Familiarity with Figma and similar software, as well as experience in persona development, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
