Job Title: Lead Frontend Developer

We are seeking a seasoned frontend expert to lead our development team.

  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular, React, and modern frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop highly responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications using Angular and React.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.

Drive best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.

Oversee state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.

Ensure frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient.

Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.

Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.

Establish design standards and enforce coding practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

2+ years of frontend development experience.

Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.

Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).

Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.

Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Nice to Have:

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).

Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
