Our organization seeks a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficiency, regulatory compliance, and minimal downtime of critical systems.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, safety, and environmental standards are met.

  • Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment will be managed.
  • Critical utilities, including boilers, chillers, DG sets, and water purification systems, must be maintained and upgraded for energy efficiency and continuous operation.
  • The installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems will be led by the successful candidate.
  • HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, switchgears, panels, cabling, and substations must be managed.
  • Mechanical utilities and process equipment like HVAC systems, purified water systems, and other critical utilities will be supervised.
  • Project schedules, equipment FAT, drawings, BOQs, and vendor documentation will be coordinated and reviewed.
  • All maintenance activities must comply with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Site inspections, quality execution, and technical issues during installation or operation will be managed.
  • Maintenance documentation, progress reports, SOPs, and timely invoice processing will be prepared and reviewed.
  • Vendors, contractors, and cross-functional departments will be liaised with for project execution and plant operations.
  • Maintenance best practices, cost control, and reliability strategies will be implemented and improved.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills for Root Cause Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities.
  • Accuracy in maintaining technical documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Understanding of energy-efficient practices and optimization of utility consumption.
