Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with a strong background in leading and mentoring teams. They should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be able to identify, analyze, and resolve complex training, operational, and process-related challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Training Program Planning & Execution:
    • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive training programs that align with long-term business objectives.
    • Develop forward-thinking training initiatives that keep up with industry trends and the latest HCC/ICD coding standards.
    • Refine training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Provide leadership by managing and mentoring managers and trainers to drive performance excellence within the training function.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that trainers are well-equipped to meet organizational goals.
    • Create a developmental roadmap for senior team members, identifying leadership potential and promoting internal growth.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
    • Implement and evolve quality management practices across training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
    • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics, audits, and feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Develop robust performance tracking mechanisms to monitor training program effectiveness.
    • Track key performance metrics and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Innovation in Training Methods:
    • Drive the adoption of new training technologies and methodologies, including e-learning platforms, to enhance learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 15+ years in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • HCC Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems.
  • Leadership & Training Expertise: Advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers, driving high performance and achieving training objectives.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex training, operational, and process-related challenges.
