**Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our brand portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Planning

Create and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and market share.

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Campaign Development and Execution

Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across mass media, digital, outdoor, and on-ground channels.

  1. Liaise with creative and media partners to develop and track campaign deliverables.
  2. Coordinate and follow up with agencies on campaign-related tasks.
Sales Promotions and Analysis

Plan and execute consumer promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.

  1. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions.
  2. Analyze competitor activity and develop competitive strategies.
Market Development and Research

Identify virgin markets, weak markets, and develop strategies to develop those markets.

  1. Conduct market research to inform sales activities.
  2. Execute market development initiatives.

**Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of product marketing experience.
  • MBA in Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
