Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, and managing product life cycles. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales, product management teams, and other stakeholders to align product offerings with market demands. The role also involves creating marketing collateral, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

This is a high-impact role where you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy—from product positioning and lead generation to campaign execution and sales enablement—across B2C, B2B, and channel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Product Ownership

  • Act as the product marketing owner for training and certification programs across 140+ countries.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including product launches, pricing, and positioning.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and global teams to drive leads, revenue, and keyword rankings.
  • Be a support and with marketing collaterals and strategy to the B2B sales teams and channel partners / training centers.

2. Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Plan and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and acquisition teams to deliver compelling messaging and visuals.
  • Optimize customer journeys across landing pages, social channels, partner networks, and events.

3. Content & Thought Leadership

  • Create engaging content including white papers, blogs, ad copies, videos, brochures, and website assets.
  • Organize webinars, advisory board meetings, community events, and conferences to establish thought leadership.
  • Partner with industry associations, advocacy bodies, and influencers for greater brand visibility.

4. Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks.
  • Measure marketing ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Drive customer and partner satisfaction surveys to gather insights and improve processes.

5. Innovation & Optimization

  • Experiment with product features, messaging, and campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Leverage UI/UX insights and basic HTML understanding to enhance digital experiences.
  • Manage paid and organic lead generation strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Research and Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Skills in Sales, Product Management, and Product Marketing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
