Procurement Excellence: A Key to Sustainable Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our business by sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source fresh fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items from reputable suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Onboard, evaluate, and manage new suppliers to expand our sourcing options.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and brand teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Track procurement metrics (COGS, substitutions, wastage, etc.) and report regularly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain management is an asset.
