Job Opening: Sales & Operations Specialist – Inbound Tours

Location: Gurugram

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented travel professionals to join our team as Expert Customer Success – Inbound Tours. This role will be the key link between our international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, curating unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.

  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents.
  • Design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ensure seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations, strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent, proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations, excellent communication in English (written & spoken), and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on their feet.
