Corporate Travel Specialist Job

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, management, and guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage last-minute requests efficiently.

The Corporate Travel Specialist will play a key role in ensuring all travelers have the necessary travel documents and itineraries, while also tracking travel expenses and submitting reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel bookings in line with company policies
  • Maintain records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings
  • Liaise with travel agents, vendors, and service providers
  • Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange as required
  • Provide assistance during emergency travel situations or last-minute changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline; diploma in Travel and Tourism is an asset
  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate travel or travel agency
  • Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage last-minute requests efficiently
