Job Title: Technical Leadership Role in IT Infrastructure

The company is seeking a skilled professional to provide technical leadership in the design, deployment, and maintenance of its IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on engineering experience, strong stakeholder coordination skills, and oversight of infrastructure projects to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Lead infrastructure projects across networking, servers, storage, and cloud
  • Serve as the SME for Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, and backup/recovery systems
  • Provide mentorship to infrastructure engineers and support teams
  • Ensure high availability of core infrastructure services including compute, storage, and network
  • Define and enforce configuration standards, patching cycles, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Oversee incident and problem resolution for infrastructure issues
  • Collaborate with application, security, and network teams on integrated solutions
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory standards and audit controls
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure upgrades and migration initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2-3 years in technical leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analysis skills
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation and process adherence
