The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver optimal results.

The Role

  • Lead a team of at least 10 members, coordinating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with campaign performance objectives.
  • Generate engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
  • Oversee and optimize social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and interaction with the target audience.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Monitor and enhance the online presence of the client, ensuring a positive and cohesive image across digital channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies based on key metrics.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually optimize campaign performance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced campaign environment.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including advertising platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
  • Proficient in using Lead Generation Softwares such as HubSpot, Zoho, FreshSales, MailerLite.
