Job Title: Enterprise Cybersecurity Strategist

As the head of information security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to safeguard Pixis' information assets and technologies.

  • Develop strategic plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of secure architectures, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead training programs to enhance employee awareness and skills in cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into business processes and decision-making.

Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.

Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of Pixis' cybersecurity program.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement information security strategies, policies, standards, and procedures.
  2. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure architectures.
  3. Lead security awareness and training programs for employees.
  4. Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of operations.
  5. Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
