Drive strategic development and execution of Microsoft Security Go-to-Market within specific industries as a leading expert in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling case studies showcasing vertical-specific security expertise to secure high-value customer wins.
  • Enhance alignment and reputation with Microsoft's industry teams through strategic collaboration to increase lead flow and deepen market presence.
  • Influence security capabilities that resonate with vertical-specific needs and regulatory requirements, elevating market presence through thought leadership.
  • Elevate internal team performance by providing strategic guidance, mentoring, and enablement for improved sales, presales, and solution teams execution.

To achieve these goals, engage strategically with customers, drive thought leadership and market influence, shape and align security capabilities.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including senior security architect or strategist roles, with deep expertise in vertical-specific requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Computer Science/Information Technology degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong executive communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engagements, drive alignment, and contribute to strategic opportunities.

This role requires minimal travel—approximately one to two trips to the US per year. Consider a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
