Cyber Security Lead Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of cybersecurity measures across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity initiatives into business operations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of cybersecurity and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as SIEM, IDAM, PIM/PAM, and micro-segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
