Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our organization as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

  • This role involves developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, a strong grasp of testing methodologies, and proven experience in driving quality throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  • Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in mobile application testing.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.
