Customer Relationship Manager Position

This is a key role within our Business Team, responsible for managing customer relationship management systems and executing CRM campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer data, supporting the business team in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and segmented CRM databases to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Execute targeted CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and improve loyalty programs.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of customer feedback and satisfaction surveys to enhance customer retention.
  • Assist in automating CRM processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments with a strong focus on CRM and customer engagement.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Moengage, Firebase, or Kwikengage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork and results-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and customer segmentation techniques.
