About the Role:

As a seasoned Windows Administrator, you will play a pivotal part in our infrastructure team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all Windows servers & operating systems.

A Certified Senior Executive with experience in managing Windows distribution servers for fintech companies, you must understand the sensitivity of uptime.

Responsibilities
  • Windows Server Management: Oversee and maintain Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Centralized Patch Management: Implement and manage a centralized patch management system to ensure timely updates and security patches.
  • Standard Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce standard policies for Windows server configuration and management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Administration role for Windows Desktop & Server-side operating systems.
  • Certification: BSC, B.E or equivalent degree in Information technology or Computer Science with minimum 50%.

Core Skills

  • Debugging & Analytics: Proficient in Mantis, Jira, Bug Reporting etc. and MS Excel.
  • Storage Technology: Familiarity with RAID, SAN, NAS storage technologies.
  • Networking: Knowledge of AD & Email hosting, RSAT & Netwrix account lockout examiner.

  • Wireshark & Microsoft Message Analyzer: Experience with network protocol analysis tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
