This role requires an individual who can effectively manage and motivate a team of IT support technicians. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Directing the team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Workload Management: Coordinating the team's workload, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
  • Technical Guidance: Providing technical expertise and support to team members to help them troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively.
  • Training and Development: Training new team members on company policies, procedures, and technical skills, and providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts within the team and between team members and other stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with team members, management, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address concerns.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Collaborating with the team to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the team adheres to relevant industry standards and company policies.

Skill and qualifications required include an engineering diploma or BE/BTech degree. Additional certifications like ITIL V4 and Microsoft Azure Administrator/Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate are desirable. Technical skills such as hands-on experience in Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server Management, MDE, Qualys tool, VLAN, Network troubleshooting, Netskope cloud proxy solution, DLP, and various audit management systems are essential.">
