
Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to identify new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis:
- Assess and identify new growth opportunities in current and prospective markets.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain customer databases by contacting, collecting inquiries, and sending regular offers.
- Sales and Procurement:
- In charge of buying and selling plastic resins, including PP, PE, PET, and PVC, from Indian producers and distributors.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Represent the company at meetings and conferences in India and international trade shows to promote trademarks and products.
- Relationship Building:
- Maintain and develop relationships with Indian resin producers.
- Logistics Management:
- Assist the Branch Manager in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
- Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research by gathering information on market trends, prices, and competitor products.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare marketing reports on market situations and competitors' products to analyze market trends based on region, season, and customer habits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
- In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
- Able to work abroad or domestically, traveling for business purposes.
- Strong analytical thinking and business insight.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade, or related fields.
- Preferrably an MBA degree.
