Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every project meets defined specifications, safety standards, and customer expectations.

">Key Responsibilities:">1. Quality Management Systems (QMS)">
  • Develop and Implement QMS:">
  • Create quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and industry best practices for construction projects.">
  • Define project-specific quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and checklists to ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.">
">2. Project Quality Assurance & Control">
  • Conduct Regular Inspections:">
  • Perform site inspections, material testing, and workmanship quality audits to ensure quality compliance during all phases: design, procurement, execution, and handover.">
  • Establish protocols for vendor evaluation and supplier quality checks to maintain high-quality standards.">
">3. Compliance & Documentation">
  • Ensure Statutory Compliance:">
  • Maintain NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) register, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual quality requirements.">
  • Prepare and publish quality dashboards, MIS, and audit reports for leadership review.">
">4. Training & Awareness">
  • Drive Zero-Defect Delivery:">
  • Conduct training for site engineers, contractors, and vendors on QA/QC standards to drive awareness of zero-defect delivery and first-time-right execution.">
  • Build quality champions across project sites to foster a culture of excellence.">
">5. Customer Experience & Handover">
  • Ensure Snag-Free Handover:">
  • Work closely with Delivery and Project Heads to minimize rework and defects, ensuring projects are handed over snag-free with documentation and quality certifications.">
  • Measure client satisfaction through post-handover quality feedback.">
">6. Continuous Improvement">
  • Benchmark Quality Metrics:">
  • Drive root cause analysis of recurring defects and implement long-term fixes to improve quality metrics.">
  • Benchmark against industry leaders and propose process enhancements to continuously improve quality standards.">
">

Qualifications & Experience:

">
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering / Architecture with certification in Quality Management (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).">
  • 8–12 years of QA/QC experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or real estate projects; D&B exposure preferred.">
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, MEP works, and fit-out quality standards.">
  • Experience in leading multi-site quality audits and implementing QMS.">
