Financial Operations Specialist
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with project-based accounting principles.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records and perform timely bank statement reconciliations.
- Prepare and file quarterly submissions and compliance reports to regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns in accordance with tax laws.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
- Prepare financial statements and audit documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate or construction.
- Hands-on experience with RERA submissions and compliance is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
