Job Title: Banking Documents Reviewer

About the Role:

This position involves reviewing and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal processes. The role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Review: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements.
  • Quality Control: Assess documents for completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies and errors.
  • Compliance Assurance: Verify adherence to procedural and regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Account Opening/Setup: Handle the complete process of account creation, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with CLIENT policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Account Maintenance: Manage ongoing maintenance of shareholder accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Purchase Transaction Processing: Accurately process purchase transactions, including verification and validation of documentation.
  • Redemption Transaction Processing: Process redemption transactions related to financial products or services, ensuring timely and correct execution according to CLIENT policies.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in banking domain documents review.
  • Any graduate degree.
  • Rotational shift including night shift (US Shift).
  • Immediate notice period.
