Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Artist Manager to join our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To onboard high-profile influencers and artists for brand collaborations.
  • Manage a portfolio of key influencers primarily on YouTube and Instagram.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate project requirements, rates, and timelines in alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Track project progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance metrics.

Skill Requirements

  • Able to onboard exclusive Influencers & Artists.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in influencer marketing.
  • Prior experience working with a brand or influencer network is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
  • Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.

  • Passion for social media, digital content, and influencer culture.
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools.
