Job Title: Sr. Creative Strategist

Major Responsibilities
  • Craft and develop innovative concepts for multiple brands across various industries, including campaign planning, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to create groundbreaking ideas and showcase them during pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns or narrations to clients across different brands.
  • Elevate the standard of creative work by submitting it for industry recognition, ensuring praise for the team.
  • Report directly to the Creative Director, who will provide guidance, feedback, and references for campaigns and other tasks.
  • Coordinate closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media content creation to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team for their projects.
  • Communicate complex briefs to junior creatives, streamlining the process.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback, adhering to realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
  • Presentation is key throughout the production process, from idea conception to final product delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and stay updated on industry developments and trends.

  • Ability to propose value-added, interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience needs and creating content that appeals to them.
  • Familiarity with moment marketing campaigns and proposing relevant content.
