About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Creative Designer to elevate our visual brand identity.

This role involves conceptualizing and delivering high-quality designs that communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual elements.
  • Create captivating visual assets for website design, landing pages, email templates, social media campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts for marketing and branding initiatives across various channels.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs aligning with business objectives.
  3. Maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual elements.
  4. Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including website design, landing pages, email templates, and social media posts.
  5. Design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and expertise in various design styles.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, UI/UX design, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), FIGMA, or similar tools.
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with teams.
