Job Title: Campaign Operations Associate

Role Overview:

The Campaign Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across various digital platforms. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns that align with business objectives.

  • Execute advertising and promotional campaigns utilizing digital marketing tools across multiple platforms, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Manage campaign setup, launch, and monitoring (Display, Sponsored Products, Video, etc.), conducting live QA during launch.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and creative guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech) and external stakeholders for operational coordination, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Validate campaign deliverables (assets, targeting) before execution, verifying accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and manage support tickets, providing prompt solutions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per SOPs, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Escalate content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution, prioritizing quality assurance.
  • Monitor compliance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Handle operational issues swiftly and accurately for resolution, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets, with experience in campaign management tools (Salesforce, Excel, AdTech platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage, with prior domain knowledge in campaign operations/digital marketing preferred.
