Job Opportunity:

You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive paid social strategy across multiple channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

Perform in-depth cross-functional analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations on how to allocate resources effectively.

Drive app acquisition campaign optimization and be accountable for performance against key performance indicators while coaching team members.

Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial metrics, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.

Owning the full project lifecycle, ensure high-quality delivery and achievement of key objectives through collaborative teams.

Work closely with local marketing teams to provide guidance on effective local tactics execution.

Continuously contribute to the enhancement of best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Managed campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter.
  • Strong app acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing knowledge.
  • Experience leading projects, instructing teams, and managing various stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to initiate innovations, provide feedback, and influence the broader team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
