Senior Performance Tester Job">

The role of Senior Performance Tester is a pivotal position in our engineering team, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive performance testing strategies. This includes designing, scripting, and executing load, stress, and scalability testing to replicate production environments. As a key member of the project team, you will deliver detailed reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain technical expertise in performance/load testing methodologies.
  • Design and develop solutions for supporting Cloud (Azure DevOps) and CI/CD for SeV utilization.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams and external vendors when required.
  • Monitor server metrics using APM tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement measures to increase automation efficiency.
  • Implement solutions according to industry standards.
  • Analyze business requirements, solution designs, and process documentation to identify feasible transactions.
  • Enforce best performance test practices and standards within the Enterprise solution.
Operational Management:
  • Conduct endurance, stress, load, volume testing to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure.
  • Provide performance testing software systems support for respective business units.
  • Coordinate and execute creation of Test Cases, scripts, and performance test execution.
  • Design, develop, and execute scripts validating test cases defined within the projects test plan.
  • Perform load testing across multiple messaging protocols, focusing on overall application performance.
People Leadership:
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
Governance & Risk:
  • Track and communicate task progress, status, and key performance metrics.
  • Promptly and accurately report defects found in testing using standard defect tracking tools.
