Job Title: High Performance Engineering Lead

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering professional to lead our high performance engineering team. As a key member of our technology organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions to meet the growing demands of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive significant value. With a strong background in computer science and extensive experience in software development, you will lead by example and set the standard for excellence in code quality, architecture, and engineering practices. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the company's technology strategy and direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering
  • Strong experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and financial system integrations from an operational support perspective
  • Strong scripting/programming experience for automation and tooling (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage incident response and conduct blameless postmortems
  • Experience ensuring compliance, security, and audit-readiness in enterprise applications
