About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This is a highly rewarding contract opportunity for individuals with a strong background in IT services and digital engineering.

The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on technical requirements gathering and documentation.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to interpret and map complex data models.

We are looking for someone who can work closely with solution architects to define interface specifications, source-to-target mappings, and validation rules.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for data integration use cases involving IBM ITX.
  • Interpret and map HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets (e.g., 270/271, 837, 835, 999) to system data models and ITX transformations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets and experience working with or supporting IBM ITX projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical or Integration Business Analyst.
  • Experience working with flat files, XML, JSON, and CSV formats.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
