Job Description:

As a leader in academic administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the School of Pharmacy. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of academic programs, leading a team of educators, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of academic leadership, research expertise, and experience in setting up and managing academic programs. They will be expected to work closely with faculty members, staff, and students to create a dynamic and student-centric learning environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • PhD in Pharmacy or a related field
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably at the Professor level
  • Strong academic and research credentials, with a proven track record of publications and research grants
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in academic administration and team management
