Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves identifying target areas for business growth, pre-screening customer segments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
