- Meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements are scheduled and coordinated with stakeholders.
- Correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping are handled in accordance with established protocols.
- Administrative operations budgeting and expense tracking are managed to optimize resource allocation.
- Employee records are maintained, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- HR policies and procedures are developed and implemented in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations, are handled with sensitivity and professionalism.
