Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of project teams in campaigns and work with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for clients.

You will plan and manage end-to-end execution of campaign strategies, coordinate with campaign teams, and manage stakeholder engagements.

This role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of working in the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute ideas and strategies towards the roll-out of campaign initiatives.
  • Project-manage campaign initiatives end-to-end.
  • Undertake research and present findings towards formulating on-ground initiatives.
  • Propose practical solutions for issues using high-quality problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Deal with ambiguity and have a strong bias for action.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree from a reputable academic institution.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work, stay, and travel in West Bengal.
  • Context and understanding of West Bengal's culture, geography, and political landscape will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali.
