Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain robust connections with MLAs, political leaders, and booth-level workers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless coordination between campaign objectives and local initiatives.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough primary research through interviews with political leaders to assess party dynamics and opposition activities.
  • Perform comprehensive secondary research on socio-political and economic factors to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze past election results and voter behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Campaign Execution:

  • Ensure the execution of active campaigns is efficient, driving significant voter impact and trending effectively within the targeted area.
  • Manage logistics, including collateral distribution and event support.

Reporting and Problem Solving:

  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting the political pulse and field insights.
  • Identify regional challenges and propose actionable solutions.

Flexibility and Team Collaboration:

  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support campaign success.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Political Science, Public Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in stakeholder management or research roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools is desirable.
  • Fluency in Bengali is essential.
