About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work with project teams in campaigns and develop political and campaign strategy for clients (political parties).

As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will plan and manage end-to-end execution of campaign strategies, coordinate with campaign teams, and manage stakeholder engagements.

The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in West Bengal and travel across the state interacting with multiple stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies towards the roll-out of campaign initiatives.
  • Project-manage campaign initiatives end-to-end.
  • Undertake research and present findings towards formulating on-ground initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree from a reputable academic institution.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali.
