Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically launch and manage online advertising campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses across North America.
  • Target local and regional SMBs in the USA using a test-and-scale approach to build hypotheses, validate with data, and scale successful strategies.
  • Optimize campaign structure, ad creative assets, messaging, audience signals, and bidding tactics for maximum performance.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, including cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), lead quality, and more.
  • Ensure campaign success and take ownership of meeting lead and sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams on alignment and landing page optimization efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Google Ads and Meta Ads certification.
  • Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns for SMBs in North America.
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB market segments and customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for optimal performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Excellent communication, English proficiency, and results-oriented mindset.
