We are seeking a skilled Ethernet IP professional to fill this critical network position. As an Ethernet IP specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Ethernet/IP circuits at the service and circuit levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated network and customer incidents">
  • Configure, install, and maintain network devices (Routers, Switches, NIDs)">
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to BGP, MPLS, Ethernet Switching, VLANs, STP, LAG">
  • Monitor alarms and performance metrics in a 24x7 NOC environment">
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams or external vendors">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 3–10 years in Network Operations within Telecom or ISP environments">
  • Experience working with platforms such as Juniper /Cisco/Nokia/Ciena/Accedian">
  • Strong knowledge of protocols such as BGP, MPLS, Ethernet Switching, VLANs, STP, LAG">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced NOC environment">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field">
  • Certification in network operations or related field">
