As our founding CTL, you will:

  • Design, build, and scale our secure, high-performance platform using Python/Go, React, AWS/GCP, and Kubernetes.
  • Engineer for compliance, integrating critical systems like SCORES platforms and payment gateways.
  • Lead from the front, writing critical code, reviewing pull requests, mentoring engineers, and building a culture of technical excellence.
  • Champion innovation, spearheading deep tech initiatives like AI-powered personalization and blockchain-based audit trails.
  • Represent the company as a technology ambassador, interfacing with regulators, partners, and investors.

**Key Responsibilities:** We are looking for a leader with 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI environments, possessing hands-on technical skills in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
