Lead Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Architect to spearhead the design, development, and scaling of fintech platforms.

This individual will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end design, architecture, and development of fintech products and platforms.
  • Drive technical decision-making and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for roadmap.
  • Manage integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
