Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our team at Verint. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals in providing exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, while also driving process improvements and quality enhancements.
  • Your team will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, services, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to our customers.
  • You will have a strong understanding of our products and technologies, as well as experience working with CRM and knowledge management tools.
  • As a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, providing regular feedback and coaching, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • You will also be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics and communications engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years' experience in IT, product support, or technical support.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a technical team.
  • Required incident and problem management skills.
  • Sharp analytical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong experience in matrix environments.
