Key Infrastructure Support Leader

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic lead in the implementation and support of software and hardware infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute technical strategies for product implementation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  2. Stay updated on latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure to drive innovation and excellence.
  3. Design and implement highly available deployment architectures, network security frameworks, and storage solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Implement monitoring tools to ensure seamless operations and performance.
  5. Drive automation initiatives for deployments and system upgrades to enhance efficiency.
  6. Investigate customer-reported issues and provide actionable recommendations within defined service level agreements.
  7. Review and provide feedback on technical documentation, product requirements, and other functional specifications.
  8. Collaborate on knowledge-sharing initiatives and participate in product release training and documentation.
  9. Engage in design reviews and evaluations of high-level designs and low-level designs with customers.
  10. Evaluate new technologies to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (IT/Computers) or Master of Computer Applications degree.
  • 9-11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
  • Willingness to travel to onsite locations across India and internationally.
