  • Perform active candidate outreach via LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates.
  • Design and implement screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments, video interviews, and create questions, marking rubrics, and example answers.
  • Review job applications and mark assessments to ensure the best candidates are selected.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on candidates to verify their credentials.
  • Create shortlists of top candidates for clients and handle all communication and coordination, providing prompt feedback that aligns with our brand values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners like universities and colleges to expand our network.
  • Promote our brand awareness through events and networking initiatives.
  • Continuously refine and optimize our screening and assessment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • At least 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale-up.
