- Post and manage job adverts across various platforms to attract top talent.
- Perform active candidate outreach via LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates.
- Design and implement screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments, video interviews, and create questions, marking rubrics, and example answers.
- Review job applications and mark assessments to ensure the best candidates are selected.
- Conduct thorough background checks on candidates to verify their credentials.
- Create shortlists of top candidates for clients and handle all communication and coordination, providing prompt feedback that aligns with our brand values.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners like universities and colleges to expand our network.
- Promote our brand awareness through events and networking initiatives.
- Continuously refine and optimize our screening and assessment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- At least 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale-up.
